Process of Production

1. Orders

2---processed by ERP system (terms of payment, quality, quantity, package, delivery time,)

3---PMC checks all specific details-distribute papers to person in charge in different departments

4---purchase components (OPC, PCR, WB, DB, SR, Toner etc.)

5---Incoming inspection (IQC)

5.1---All the components are assembled and Matching tests are conducted in different extreme environments and the post-lifecycle test to make sure all the replaced components work harmoniously.

5.2---Randomly choose a packaged cartridge as a testing sample and Drop the box from the appropriate height（1M） 10 times from different sides

6---Production

7---100% In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

8---↓                              ←NG→ Repair defective---clean toner→

9---1-3%Final Quality Control (FQC)

9.1---Except Blackness, greyback, resolution, fixation, ghostimage, Life Testing for every batch of production also is conducted.

10---Packing-1% Out-going Quality Control (OQC)

11---Delivery cargo to customers
